Every conference has those quiet times - after coffee, after lunch, half way through the main presentation - well Catalyst have the answer. Short lively interludes that will re focus and energise even the most lethargic group of people. Rhythm

Music and Rhythm has been used for centuries, to heal, bring people together and for ceremonial occasions. Research has shown that the brain needs rhythm – it helps reinforce the “upbeat”. Our events demonstrate that each individual can have a great effect on the outcome of the whole group, while the whole group will have an effect on each individual. Shared experience develops trust, ownership, commitment, loyalty and improved performance.

Catalyst offer a comprehensive range of Business Games - they reflect the roles, decisions, planning and consequences encountered in every business large or small. Each game has been created with specific outcomes in mind. You tell us your needs and we can provide the game which will provide experiential learning in a fun and non confrontational way and provide tangible improvements in the workplace.

Active

Teambuilding originated with outdoor activities Catalyst took this one stage further and created outdoor events that incorporated many of the skills of the work environment but without the need to go totally outward bound. Any venue that has grounds is suitable. Participants can have fun in the fresh air but in a non threatening way and stay within their abilities and comfort zones.

Film

Not much needs to be said about this section - there is a Spielberg in all of us, whether it is putting on make up and costumes, creating special effects, directing that special moment and being a whiz kid with the camera film events appeal to all. Each event is easily tailored to specific business needs and outcomes and results in a visual form of feedback to take back to the office.
